i told myself i really have to start my readings.. 5chaps of marketing and 4chaps of FM.. totally untouched yet. shit me.. and i am still happily surfing and doing lotsa unproductive stuffs. after this, i shall shut down my much-lusted com and get down to work.

hee.. my pineapple tarts turned out not too bad. at least some frenes commented that 'can make it' hehe.. i just bought more ingredients. will be making it someday next week. yesh, i m gonna be damn busy this week. working a 3days roadshow thingy. some promoter for some beauty pdt at taka. gg for pdt training tml. which is after my tution at jurong and after that training, i still hafta go for rosewood tution. sigh.. buzz buzz busy bee.

anyway, here's my creations!

- temperature too high + too long = overbaked = pineapple cookies, not tarts



ah.. there u have it, but my stupid mistake(yolks n whites.. see earlier post) cause the tarts to look less golden (i refuse to put yellow colouring even though i've one bottle in da fridge! my tarts are free frm presevatives and artificial colourings hor!)

OH! Momos has gone on for 27 mths till date! =)
